1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing WooIllustrations for your live and retrospective illustration needs. We value your business and trust that our services will meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and is designed to comply with applicable UK laws and regulations.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Live and Retrospective Illustrations: WooIllustrations offers both live and retrospective illustration services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced. In the event that WooIllustrations is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if the customer's date changes, WooIllustrations will make reasonable efforts to find a fitting replacement artist to fulfill the booking. However, if a suitable replacement cannot be arranged for the new date, the deposit paid to secure the original booking remains non-refundable.

2.2 Refunds for Unavailability: In the event that WooIllustrations is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund for any payments made.

2.3 Deposit Non-Refundable: Please note that the deposit paid to secure your booking is non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

3.1 Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact WooIllustrations via email at wooillustrations@outlook.co.uk Include your order details and the reason for your refund request.

3.2 Refund Approval: All refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of WooIllustrations. Refunds will only be approved in accordance with the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

3.3 Refund Timeline: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-14 working days and credited back to the original payment method used.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify WooIllustrations as soon as possible. The deposit paid to secure your booking is non-refundable as well as any additional payments made.

4.2 Cancellation by WooIllustrations: If WooIllustrations needs to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will first find a suitable replacement. If we cannot find a suitable replacement  we will issue a full refund, including the deposit, to the customer. 

5. Safety and Well-being

WooIllustrations reserves the right to cut the service short if any member of the WooIllustrations team feels unsafe, threatened, or encounters any inappropriate behavior during the event or engagement. The safety and well-being of our team members are our top priority and we run a zero tolerance policy with this.
